Founded in 2025 by a 14-year-old with a caring heart and a curious mind. I had discovered that several high schoolers from my Youth Group and neighborhood were struggling to reach the 100 service or work hours requirement for a Bright Futures Scholarship. Founded in 2025 by a 14-year-old with a caring heart and a curious mind. I had discovered that several high schoolers from my Youth Group and neighborhood were struggling to reach the 100 service or work hours requirement for a Bright Futures Scholarship. I decided to found VolunTutorsFL after spending over 150 hours in first grade and kindergarten classrooms. I realized that change needed to take place and students behind the standards were not being helped or could not afford help. This program serves a need and desire in our community and will hopefully, help students excel in their core subjects.

Whether you need help in school, or are looking to tutor, this is the place for you! VolunTutorsFL excels in partnering students in kindergarten-eighth grade with high-school volunteer tutors (hence the name).
